These Cybul door bars for Mazda MX-5 NC provide superior side impact protection for vehicle occupants and help stiffen the chassis for more precise handling. They are made from CNC cut 40 x 2 E355 steel tubing that conforms to FIA appendix J and are powder-coated to matte black.
These bars can be installed without major modifications, but in order to take advantage of the full range of driving position adjustments, it is necessary to replace the stock seats with bucket seats. A slight cutting of the rear plastics is also required.
